• Callie Rian & Co./MakeMediaCo. Fonts can be installed on not more than two (2) computers (desktop workstation or laptop for each licensed End User).

• Use of the Font(s) in the creation of or as part of a company logo is permitted.

• Use of the Font(s) in the creation of design works, rasterized images for web sites and for your personal use and professional use are each permitted provided that no unauthorized uses or copies of the Font Software are transferred to any unlicensed party.

• You are permitted to make a back-up copy of the Font(s) for your use only.

• Callie Rian & Co./MakeMediaCo. fonts may not be sub-licensed, resold, leased, rented, lent, or distributed to another person or entity.

• In the event that you require the services of a third party for the production of color proofs, film or preparation for digital pre-press production or printing, upon completion of your job, the service provider must delete the Font(s) or purchase their own license for continued use of the Font Software with other clients or projects it is hired to produce. Outline or expanding fonts is preferred.

• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or exchanges won’t be accepted.

• EMBEDDING: You are permitted to embed only the Font outlines for PERSONAL, NON-PROFESSIONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. Uses that are commercial or professional in nature, such as, but not limited to, multi-media CD, DVD, or other prohibited uses distributed physically or online require the purchase of a special license. If you require an e-pub or server license, please contact me for details.

• WEB FONTS: Callie Rian & Co./MakeMediaCo. downloads DO NOT include Web Fonts. If you would like to use a purchased file on your website, you’re welcome to convert to a webfont for PERSONAL use only. Commercial Web Fonts will require additional licensing.

• GAMES/APPS/EMBROIDERY/LARGE VOLUME COMMERCIAL USE or LETTERFORM REPRODUCTION: If you have a question about any of the latter, please give me a shout. These all require additional licensing.

• ALL RIGHTS RESERVED: This Software is licensed, not sold, to you by Callie Rian & Co./MakeMediaCo., and is licensed for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Any breach of the terms of this Agreement shall be cause for termination of this License. In the event of termination, and without limitation of any remedies under law and equity, you agree to immediately return the Font Software and certify that no copy remains in your possession or control.

• Upon purchase, you are permitted to use any Graphic Product for a commercial end product (up to 200 prints/impressions). This is considered a Personal license with limited Commercial use.

Q: What’s a commercial end product?

A: Any completed design that will be printed on a number of goods. Example: You design a logo using a graphic by CR&Co. You can now use that logo on Greeting Cards, mugs, totes, etc. (Up to 200 prints/impressions).

Q: But what about the other items in the pack?

A: Great question, you can use each graphic ONE TIME in a commercial work. Each completed design can be printed up to 200 times.

Q: But what if I want to use the same graphic twice in two different designs?

A: Simply purchase another license. :)

Q: What if I want to make 201 - 10,000 impressions?

A: Then you need a Commercial Production License for $100 per product. Just give me a shout on my contact page and I’ll get you all fixed up.

Q: What if I want to make 10,001+ impressions?

A: Then you need the Extended Commercial License. Let’s chat about your project and I’ll help you draft the perfect license for your needs!

• You are permitted to use any design tool such as textures/backgrounds/overlays in any project, in any number of works. You have no restrictions on number of impressions (prints). Just don’t resell, repackage or share these design assets as your own work.
